Workplace Mental Health Workshops for Australian Teams
me&my wellness runs practical workplace mental health workshops and EAP-style training sessions for Australian organisations, led by clinical nutritionist and lifestyle medicine practitioner Anthony Hartcher. Sessions help staff manage stress, build resilience and look after their mental health day to day, and help managers spot when someone is struggling and respond well.
Delivered in person across Sydney, or online for teams anywhere in Australia. Works alongside your Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Why mental health training from me&my is different
Mental health isn't only in the mind. Sleep, energy, food and stress physiology shape how people think and feel at work.
Mind and body
We connect mental health with the nervous system, sleep, nutrition and energy, so the tools work on bad days too.
Practical, not preachy
Interactive sessions where every person leaves with simple strategies they can use the same week.
Complements your EAP
Preventive, group-based training that helps people understand when and how to use your EAP and other support.

Signs your team could use mental health support
Mental health challenges at work often show up quietly before anyone says a word:
- more sick days, or people working while unwell
- shorter fuses, conflict or withdrawal from the team
- poor sleep and trouble switching off after hours
- low energy, more mistakes and slower decisions
- a busy period, restructure or change that has everyone on edge
- low uptake of your EAP, even when people are clearly struggling
Under Australian work health and safety laws, employers must manage psychosocial hazards such as high job demands, low support and poor change management. Practical mental health training is one part of a proactive approach, alongside your policies and EAP.
Workshops and programs
- Stress, worry and anxiety: what stress does to the body and brain, and practical tools to calm the nervous system and think clearly under pressure.
- The Balanced Mind: our most-booked workshop. Mindfulness, emotional regulation and clearer thinking for busy teams.
- Beyond Burnout: recognise the early signs of burnout and build daily habits that protect energy, sleep and focus.
- Manager mental health support: for team leaders. Spot when someone is struggling, start a supportive conversation and refer to your EAP.
- Men's health workshop: physical and mental health for men, in plain language, for Men's Health Week, Movember or toolbox talks.
- Keynotes and Well Elevate: 30 to 45-minute talks for events, or a 12-month program with quarterly workshops and short 1:1 sessions.
Popular for lunch and learns, wellbeing weeks, Mental Health Month, R U OK? Day and leadership days.

Workplace mental health workshop FAQs
What is a workplace mental health workshop?
A workplace mental health workshop is a facilitated group session that helps employees understand stress and mental health, recognise early warning signs in themselves and others, and build practical daily strategies. At me&my wellness, workshops are led by clinical nutritionist and lifestyle medicine practitioner Anthony Hartcher.
How is this different from our EAP?
Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, individual support. Our workshops are preventive, group-based training that builds skills across the team and helps people understand when and how to use your EAP. The two work best together.
Do you offer mental health training for managers?
Yes. Our manager session helps team leaders notice when someone may be struggling, start a supportive conversation, adjust workload where possible and refer to your EAP or other support.
Do employers in Australia have to manage psychosocial risks?
Under Australian work health and safety laws, employers must manage psychosocial hazards, such as high job demands, low support and poor change management. Training can be one practical part of that approach, alongside your policies and EAP. It isn't a substitute for legal or WHS advice.
Can workshops be delivered online?
Yes. We deliver in person across Sydney and online for teams anywhere in Australia, including hybrid and shift-based teams.
How long are the sessions?
Keynotes run 30 to 45 minutes, workshops 60 minutes to 2 hours, and our Well Elevate program runs over 12 months with quarterly sessions.
How far ahead should we book?
Around a month ahead is ideal, and earlier for busy times like Mental Health Month in October, R U OK? Day and Men's Health Week.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the format, group size and any tailoring. After a free scoping call we'll send a clear, fixed quote.
