Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the me&my wellness website or book, buy or take part in any of our services, programs or products. me&my wellness is a trading name of Connected Wellness Pty Ltd (ABN 11 612 504 373) of 14 Chatham Street, Randwick NSW 2031 ("we", "us", "our").
By booking a service, buying a product or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal and health information.
1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services and products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For services, you are entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for a purpose we agreed to, or is not delivered within a reasonable time. For products, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights. Where these terms limit what we offer, that limit only applies to the extent the law allows.
2. Our services
We provide clinical nutrition, lifestyle medicine and mind coaching services to individuals (in person in Randwick and by telehealth), supports to NDIS participants, and wellbeing workshops, webinars and programs for workplaces. We also recommend and supply supplements and other health products, and arrange functional and pathology testing.
Important health information
- Our practitioners are qualified nutrition and lifestyle medicine practitioners. They are not medical doctors. Our services support, and do not replace, care from your GP, specialist or other treating practitioners.
- Please keep your GP informed and do not stop or change any prescribed medication without talking to your doctor.
- We cannot diagnose or treat medical emergencies. If you are unwell or in crisis, call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department. For mental health support, you can call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
- Everyone's body and circumstances are different. We will always give you our best professional care, but we cannot guarantee a particular health outcome, such as a specific amount of weight loss.
- So we can care for you safely, please give us complete and accurate information about your health, medications and supplements, and tell us about any changes.
Telehealth
Telehealth consultations are held by secure video or phone. Please join from a private place with a reliable internet connection. If the connection fails on our end, we will reschedule at no cost. Some assessments are better done in person, and we will tell you if we think that is the case.
Consultation notes and AI transcription
With your consent, we may use an AI transcription and note-taking tool during consultations to help us keep accurate clinical notes. You can say no at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how this works.
3. Bookings, fees and payment
- Our current fees are shown on our website or booking page, or we will tell you before you book. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
- Payment is due at the time of booking or at the end of your consultation, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Programs and packages are payable as set out in your program details.
- We do not bulk bill Medicare. Some private health funds may offer a rebate for nutrition consultations; please check with your fund.
- Pathology and functional tests are charged separately. Where tests are processed by an external laboratory, the laboratory's fees and turnaround times apply.
- Corporate clients are invoiced as set out in their proposal or agreement. Unless the agreement says otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling policy
When you book a consultation, that time is set aside just for you. If you cancel at short notice or do not attend, it is usually too late for us to offer the time to someone else who needs it. This policy helps us keep appointments available for everyone.
Private clients
- 24 hours' notice or more: you can cancel or reschedule free of charge.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: a late cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee applies.
- No-show (you do not attend, or join more than 15 minutes late without letting us know): 100% of the consultation fee applies.
- Your first one is on us. We understand that life happens, so we waive the fee for your first late cancellation or no-show.
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to see you, but your consultation may need to finish at the scheduled time and the full fee will apply.
- We will always waive the fee if you cancel because of a genuine emergency or sudden illness, or where charging it would be unreasonable in the circumstances.
To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation, email info@meandmywellness.com.au or call (02) 9909 6764.
NDIS participants
For NDIS participants, cancellations follow the rules in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits in force at the time and the terms of your signed Service Agreement. In summary, if you cancel with less than two clear business days' notice, or do not attend, we may claim the cancellation from your plan up to the amount the NDIS allows, but only where we could not fill that time with other work. We will always tell you, and your plan manager if you have one, before we claim a cancellation.
If we need to cancel
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer you the next available time. If you have prepaid, you can choose a new time or a full refund for that session.
Corporate workshops and programs
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for corporate bookings are set out in your proposal or agreement. If they are not, we will work with you on a fair outcome that reflects the preparation and time we have already committed.
5. Programs, packages and refunds
- If you pay for a program or package upfront and then decide to stop partway through, please talk to us. We consider refund requests case by case, taking into account the sessions and support already provided, any discount you received, and any costs we have already paid on your behalf, such as tests or products.
- If we cannot deliver a service we have taken payment for, we will refund you for the part we have not delivered.
- This section does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see section 1).
6. Supplements and products
- Some products are practitioner-only. We will only supply them after a consultation, where they are appropriate for you, and you must use them only as directed. Please do not share them with anyone else.
- Please check product labels and tell us about any allergies, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding before starting a new product. Stop using a product and contact us or your GP if you have a reaction.
- Change of mind: for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements or other health products because you have changed your mind.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: contact us within a reasonable time and we will replace or refund them in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
- Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered.
7. Tests
We may recommend pathology or functional tests to help guide your care. Once a test kit has been sent or a sample has been processed, the test cost cannot be refunded unless the test is faulty or not processed. Results are reviewed with you in a consultation, and we will let you know if any result needs follow-up with your GP.
8. Workshops, webinars and online content
- Information in our articles, podcasts, videos, webinars, workshops and free guides is general education only. It is not personal health advice and does not take your individual circumstances into account. Please speak with a qualified health professional before making changes to your diet, supplements, medication or exercise.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability for services or products that are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability is limited to supplying the services or products again, or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
