Why burnout support from me&my is different

Burnout isn't just a mindset problem. It shows up in sleep, energy, food and focus too.

Body and brain

We cover the physiology of stress, not just mindset: sleep, blood sugar, nutrition and the nervous system.

Practical, not preachy

Interactive sessions where every person leaves with one or two small habits they can start the next day.

Built for managers too

Leaders learn to recognise early warning signs in their team, have the conversation, and know where to refer.

Is burnout already costing your team?

Burnout rarely arrives overnight. It builds quietly, and the early signs are easy to mistake for a busy patch:

  • more sick days, or people working while unwell
  • shorter fuses, conflict and withdrawal from the team
  • afternoon energy crashes and reliance on caffeine and sugar
  • poor sleep and trouble switching off after hours
  • more mistakes, slower decisions and lost creativity
  • good people quietly disengaging or resigning

Under Australian work health and safety laws, employers are also expected to manage psychosocial hazards such as high job demands and poor support. A proactive burnout program is one practical part of that.

Workplace burnout FAQs

What is a workplace burnout workshop?

A workplace burnout workshop is a facilitated session that helps employees understand what burnout is, recognise their own early warning signs, and build practical daily habits for sleep, energy, stress and recovery. At me&my wellness, workshops are led by clinical nutritionist and lifestyle medicine practitioner Anthony Hartcher.

Do you offer burnout training for managers?

Yes. Our manager burnout support session helps team leaders spot early signs of stress and burnout, start a supportive conversation, adjust workload and know when to refer to your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or other support.

Do employers in Australia have to manage burnout risk?

Under Australian work health and safety laws, employers must manage psychosocial hazards, which include things like high job demands, low support and poor change management. A burnout prevention program can be one practical part of that approach, alongside your policies and EAP. It isn't a substitute for legal or WHS advice.

Can workshops be delivered online?

Yes. We deliver in person across Sydney and online for teams anywhere in Australia, including hybrid groups.

How long are the sessions?

Keynotes run 30 to 45 minutes, workshops 60 minutes to 2 hours, and our Well Elevate program runs over 12 months with quarterly sessions.

Does this replace our EAP?

No. Our sessions are preventive and educational, and they work alongside your EAP. We'll point people to your EAP or their GP if they need individual or clinical support.

How far ahead should we book?

Around a month ahead is ideal, especially for Mental Health Month in October and R U OK? Day. Get in touch sooner if you have a specific date in mind.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the format, group size and any tailoring. After a free scoping call we'll send a clear, fixed quote.
