me&my wellness named a finalist in the 2026 Randwick City Business Excellence Awards

I'm thrilled to share that me&my wellness has been named a finalist in the Health category of the 2026 Randwick City Business Excellence Awards, run by Randwick City Council.

Randwick has been home to me&my wellness from the start, so being recognised by our own local community means a great deal to me.

Thank you to our clients and community

This recognition belongs to every client who has trusted me with their health, every workplace that has invited me in to support their people, and every listener of the Health Up and Joyful Mate podcasts. Your stories, questions and progress are what drive this work every day.

What we do at me&my wellness

me&my wellness brings nutrition, mental health and lifestyle medicine together under one roof. Rather than treating your health in pieces, we look at the whole picture (body, mind and lifestyle) and build a clear, practical plan that fits your life.

• Personal wellbeing: one-on-one nutrition and holistic health consultations, in person in Randwick or by telehealth
• Corporate wellbeing: workshops and programs that help teams build energy, resilience and emotional clarity
